Taste the best from our own organic farm, fresh beef and lamb, game from the nearby forests, seasonal vegetables, herbs and other local ingredients that make cooking a joy. Local raw materials and meat from organic farming
We brought herds of cattle and sheep to the vast grasslands that surround Jítrava, and which are the gateway to the Lusatian Mountains. Year-round breeding in the open gives them free movement and a quiet life in pristine nature. Our way of farming thus fits into the Jítravský Dvorec concept, where the main goal is to do everything conscientiously.
