Taste the best from our own organic farm, fresh beef and lamb, game from the nearby forests, seasonal vegetables, herbs and other local ingredients that make cooking a joy. We brought herds of cattle and sheep to the vast grasslands that surround Jítrava, and which are the gateway to the Lusatian Mountains. Year-round breeding in the open gives them free movement and a quiet life in pristine nature. Our way of farming thus fits into the Jítravský Dvorec concept, where the main goal is to do everything conscientiously.
